Nigel’s experience is primarily in the restaurant industry – he worked for a leading chain for six years, opening 500 new stores, before setting up Odema. In spite of being Managing Director, Nigel is very hands-on, particularly with the service aspects of the business. This dedication has resulted in Odema being given the coveted ‘three-legged stool’ award from McDonald’s.
Jim’s Odema’s technical guru. He worked with Fujitsu for seven years prior to joining the business, where he was personally responsible for the roll out of the IT infrastructure for the UK’s magistrate courts. At Odema, Jim’s role covers a wide range, including major client management as well as being our network configuration consultant.
